Reports to:                      Director of Teaching & Learning, Building Principals

Description:

Social-emotional learning interventions and other social/behavioral skills-well-rounded opportunities, school dropout, which aligns with District (specifically Niles McKinley High School's building) goals, strategies, and action plans. Creating and implementing programs that are geared to improving student retention, graduation rates, and overall academic achievement. This position serves as a bridge between academic affairs and student services, ensuring students have the support they need to navigate their educational journey.  This is a fully funded grant position (Title I__Improving Basic Programs)
